Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, South Africa, and 27 other countries worldwide including the UK, Australia, Canada, and most of Europe.
How long does delivery take?
For customers in the United States: please allow 7–15 business days after dispatch.
For customers in South Africa: please allow 10–20 business days after dispatch.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Some orders may qualify for free shipping — this will be shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. You can also visit our Track My Order page for more details.
Are your products safe for babies?
Yes! All Giggles and Glow products are made from baby-safe, non-toxic materials and are designed with your little one's safety and comfort in mind.
What is your return policy?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
For change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollars).
