Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to resolve it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns If you have changed your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds for change of mind are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
